Gurinder’s journey into the kitchen has been all because of passion for cooking. Always willing to go out of way to make every guest comfortable he is definitely cut out for hospitality business.​

With experience over 10 years he still calls himself Chef in training. Having lived in many states of Indian he is very particular about the authentic taste of every dish we serve at our restaurant.

​Engineer by trade he is always willing to take up challenges and looks to create interesting and more importantly tasty fusion of Indian flavours.

Honest Cooking

Curry n Cask - Indian Bistro, began their operations in 2017 in Australia. Since than we have established ourselves as a popular eatery where patrons enjoy the experience of traditional Indian Curries and popular snacks.  
In August 2020, we have expanded our presence by setting up a new, bigger and beautiful Restaurant in heart of the city at Fortitude Valley. Over here we serve popular dishes from all over India.
Biryanis, Dosas, popular Indo-Chinese dishes & Street food to name a few. Adding to the taste and on demand is the Indian style Pizzas. 


Our team led by Mr Gurinder Singh our CEO is always working to bring and present traditional and right flavours of Indian Cuisine apart from now popular dishes among the local guests and popular drinks. We make sure every guest feels the way they mean to us-Special!!!
